New Car Buying Experience - Average I have gotten all my vehicles from the Boucher Automotive Group since the 90s. This was the first experience with Boucher Hyundai- won’t recommend it I have gotten all my vehicles from the Boucher Automotive Group since the 90s. This was the first experience with Boucher Hyundai- won’t recommend it to anyone. I couldn't even tell you the managers name because he never came out of his office in the 4 visits I had. I witnessed two separate couples on two separate days, leave the dealership because there was no one to help them. I had a similar experience. Because of my history, I wanted to stay loyal to the Boucher Group, however, now after all is said and done, I wish I would have gone to another dealership. Overall disappointed. More

Routine visit Leased a new car and paid extra for routine care. At time if 1st oil change dealership said did not need oil changed until 15,000 miles. Basically we Leased a new car and paid extra for routine care. At time if 1st oil change dealership said did not need oil changed until 15,000 miles. Basically we paid for something we could not use. 2nd visit only did oil change and rotate tires. Did not need ant filters changed. Next visit we pay for and I am sure there will be more recommended care which will cost us money. I am not exactly sure what the extra cost of the care was but 2 oil changes and a tire rotation is far less than what we paid. More

Routine oil change went very well Alicia G. was wonderful. She greeted me upon driving into the garage at my appointment time, did a thorough walk around the car and asked if I had any Alicia G. was wonderful.
