Randy checked out the engine and stated he was going to recommend that Hyundai replace the engine. As we waited for confirmation from Hyundai headquarters, Randy kept in contact with me on any news. The engine arrived and was installed quickly, tested and I was notified when it was completed. Randy was available and willing answer any questions during this time.
