So Having my heart set on that car and that combination I located the car myself and called the dealership in WI. Alex helped me through the entire process. He was extremely helpful and customer service oriented the entire time. I work in customer service so I appreciate great service. My deal was a little difficult and he did a perfect job of making it seamless. He exceeded my expectations. In the past I have had dealers play the game where you haggle back and forth over the payment and sit around waiting for the “manager” to let the sales person know. At this dealership I didn’t have to deal with any of that awkwardness. He also took time out of his day to literally go through every single feature on my new car.
