Honestly This dealership as many others has its good and its bad. They were more than willing to listen and actually help with decisions regaurding cost and ne This dealership as many others has its good and its bad. They were more than willing to listen and actually help with decisions regaurding cost and needs based on what we were looking for. They didnt pressure us to make a decision like many do, and they were very helpful in saving our pocketbook some money. However, they also had hidden lease agreements that were not discussed prior. Normal wear and tear minor chips, scratches, or dents (things happen) will be billed unless you take an additional $1,000 warranty. This was brought to us after we agreed on a price, as to add $$$ for the dealership. The lease took a while to organize and had to make two trips to complete the paperwork. I also had to leave the vehicle to be cleaned. The length was no longer than any other time I signed paperwork at other dealers, but itd be nice to speed up the process. Overall it was a good experience as far as car buying goes. More
