The best new car experience we've ever had I initially used the internet to research and eventually setup a test drive with myself and my wife. When we arrived, we were introduced to "Kuch" and I initially used the internet to research and eventually setup a test drive with myself and my wife. When we arrived, we were introduced to "Kuch" and we seemed to have a good, relaxed rapport right off the bat. Stevwent over a lot of the features on the test drive vehicle and let us go off on our own with the car. The other Honda dealers we visited all rode along with us. There was never any pressure to make a deal - it was all about finding the right car. We've been Honda people for a long time and it was a tough decision to change brands. The Santa Fe had a more "high-tech" feel to it compared to the Pilot and we eventually decided on it. The final sales negotiating was a little strenuous - not in a bad way but just in the fact that it's something you always have to go through to try and get the best deal. The Boucher staff was always friendly and we felt at home when stopping in. Steve invited us back the following morning after we purchased the car the previous night because it got late and he wanted to review everything one more time. More
