The facility is new and clean. A nice large waiting room. The service agents were all very polite. My concern was that I brought my vehicle in specifically for a known recall r A nice large waiting room. The service agents were all very polite. My concern was that I brought my vehicle in specifically for a known recall repair but after a 1.5hr visit I was told they determined they needed to order the parts. I don’t understand why they could not have known what parts they needed since this was a recall repair. I made this appointment specifically for this recall so there is no reason why I should need to come back for another visit. More
Dealership broke a part on the car and three weeks later, no one has apologized and nothing has been fixed. I have called and called and shown up and called again. I keep getting a “we’ll let you know.” As someone who writes service for a car dealership, this is just dumb. It shouldn’t take many weeks to even just tell me a part has been ordered. It shouldn’t take me calling or showing up every time I want an update, especially when I ask to be updated. The worst part of owning my Hyundai has been this dealership.
