Horrible Air bag light continues to stay on even after I spent money to fix it. Can’t believe u guys let people drive out of your shop TWICE with no chance of Air bag light continues to stay on even after I spent money to fix it. Poor customer service I had an appointment for an oil change, which John confirmed via voicemail. It was for 7:30 am. I dropped my car off and put my keys in the night drop I had an appointment for an oil change, which John confirmed via voicemail. It was for 7:30 am. I dropped my car off and put my keys in the night drop off box at 6:30 am. I didn’t hear anything on the status of my car so I called on my way home from work. I spoke with Jean. She said there was no record of my car being in for service. I explained that I had an appointment and that I put my keys in the night drop box. She said she’d call back after investigating. She called back and said my keys had gotten stuck in the drop box and they would get right to work on my oil change. Now why would someone not have called to ask where I was when I didn’t show up for my 7:30 appointment? Why did I have to call at 4 to get the status of my vehicle? The poor service doesn’t stop there. Jean calls about 5:15 to say they recommend new wiper blades and a new cabin air filter. She goes on to say the axel boot that they replaced in April because it was leaking was now leaking again. She also tells me my rear tires need replacement. They change the wipers and cabin filter. They do something with the leaky axel boot but, want me to bring it in Monday to see if the leaking stopped. On Saturday, my husband found 2 black clips on my passenger seat. I texted Jean a picture asking what they were for. On Monday I take my car in and drop it off before they open. I included the clips in the envelope with my keys. Jean leaves me a voicemail stating that my axel is not leaking but, it was some belt that sounds like was not put on when the service was done in April. No charge for the repair. Oh the clips my husband found, they are for the glove box. They were removed to replace my cabin filter. Also on both 20 pt inspections my rear tires were listed as green meaning good or ok. So why was I told my rear tires needed replacing when they were inspected twice and considered good. Each time I bring my car in for service I seem to leave with more or different issues than I originally came in with. I expressed that to John when I brought my car in for service in April. He assured me that I would be more than satisfied. I’m beginning to think I need to find some other place to service my vehicle because the quality of service I get from Boucher Hyundai is always subpar. More

Stated tires were rotated I asked that they not be. Part that needed to be ordered came in and was never called, I had to call and was told it was in a few days ago.
