Recall of computer I Pulled into the service bay. I got out of my car. I ended up just standing there because I had no clue where i was supposed to go. Finally someone t I Pulled into the service bay. I got out of my car. I ended up just standing there because I had no clue where i was supposed to go. Finally someone told me where to go and wait for someone to help me. When I finally got assistance, the woman was helpful and explained everything to me. I went to the waiting area, which was very clean and comfortable. When my car was finished, the gentleman who called my name and put the papers on the window sill. He didn’t talk to me about my car and didn’t tell me if anything else needed attention. I was told in the service bay that they would do a complete check of my car. I would have appreciated if he had just a minute or two of his time to know if they found anything else that needed attention or told me everything was good. More
