Great Customer Service! I came in to pick up my car after some recalls and the young lady that helped me when I dropped off was amazing! My hands were full with a diaper bag I came in to pick up my car after some recalls and the young lady that helped me when I dropped off was amazing! My hands were full with a diaper bag car seat with a baby in it and the base. Noy only did she help me get into the building she had someone bring my car up for me AND helped me carry everything out! SOOO appreciated!!! More

Outstanding service and customer care On our way to dinner in late February, the engine on my 2012 Sonata seized. The car eventually ended up at Boucher Hyundai. From the time I first talked with Randy in the service department, I was assured that Hyundai would take care of me. Randy checked out the engine and stated he was going to recommend that Hyundai replace the engine. As we waited for confirmation from Hyundai headquarters, Randy kept in contact with me on any news. The engine arrived and was installed quickly, tested and I was notified when it was completed. Randy was available and willing answer any questions during this time. I really appreciate his professionalism and the fact that Hyundai replaces the engine. The car runs like new. Thanks for everything you did. Larry Frommell More

“On the Ball” The Service folks at Boucher (this time it was Jean) are always “on the ball”. I know, I know ... it sounds corny but it’s true in my experience... The Service folks at Boucher (this time it was Jean) are always “on the ball”. I know, I know ... it sounds corny but it’s true in my experience... Only an oil and filter change this time around. But the job was completed in just an hour. And Jean helped make sure all the other “little details” like checking tire inflation, fluid levels, etc were seen to.... Very much APPRECIATED.
