Repair of headlight blinker and recall issues Ms Alicia Gunter and Mr Randy Malitz were very professional , helpful and responsive . Communication excellent . Need to replace entire headlight at significant cost seems very non user friendly with these cars for what should be a bulb or bulb and socket change. Cost of parts and need to return several times frustrating but service representatives : they were as accommodating as possible . Would continue to use them for service . . More

great first time experience I was able to drive right in and was checked in by Randy. He was very polite and fairly quick (he did have a lot to enter into the system), and even I was able to drive right in and was checked in by Randy. He was very polite and fairly quick (he did have a lot to enter into the system), and even went out and brought the loaner car right up to the door for me. He called about an hour before I needed my car, to let me know it was ready. Aleica took great care of me when I came in to pick up my car, and because it was "out back", she went out and brought it right up to the door for me. As far as I can tell, everything I needed done to the vehicle was done, and the bill was almost exactly what Randy said it would be. Great first time experience with the service department, and I will definitely be back! More

No heat Told them the issue. They found the problem and informed me on what they were going to do. Was told of another issue, yet they did not fix it until Told them the issue. They found the problem and informed me on what they were going to do. Was told of another issue, yet they did not fix it until telling me. We decided to forgo that. Cannot say that for another dealer, who went ahead and did without informing me. Was done same day, radiator back flush, and works great!!! More
