MRP2012 responded

To date I have still been bringing my car in for the same engine recall. They have had my car since June 4th of 2021 and going on the 3rd engine. 6th visit for same engine repair that was NEVER fixed. They told me it was fixed in October and my shifter would shift properly. Engine still making a noise. I returned the car back the same day to fix.I was rudly told I would have to pay for a pully. Next day they called to say it was the new engine making the noise and needed a 2nd engine. They have had my car since June. I was told this doesnt qualify for any compensation. I missed my sons graduation after engine stopped on 6th time taking it in for same recall that was never fixed.
