Overall my experience here is good most days. Waiting room is good, like the seats being moved 6ft apart. Gentleman who does the Key batteries is ALWAYS awesome and friendly. The gentleman who worked on servicing my car was friendly as well. Areas to improve upon would be that I asked specifically about my car door and it was on my paperwork but knowone spoke to me about it, so I had to go back in and ask. In addition, the car repairs here are to expensive. I understand that you all are professionals in your field, but a lot of the cost is ridicules. For example, I was quoted 200+to change the light bulb, which is only a bulb and it took the correct repair person less than 20 minutes to change it. I think that is just screwing over your customers. For me, its the little things like that, so I go elsewhere unless I absolutely need you. Another time I asked for tires and they weren't ordered when I got there. So, I confirmed the day before this time, which I shouldn't have to do. Most times the workers don't reset my dashboard computer to reflect the picture of the car which is a pet peeve, this times they did. More

I bought my 1st car in years at Boucher when I moved to Waukesha from Milwaukee. My salesman was (and still is George Ovies) for the 2011 Nissan Juke I bought in 2013. I recently purchased a 2018 Nissan Waukesha from Milwaukee. My salesman was (and still is George Ovies) for the 2011 Nissan Juke I bought in 2013. I recently purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue SL from George, with the support of the entire staff at Boucher to get the purchase completed. I highly recommend George for the Salesperson who goes above and beyond to go over all the details related to the vehicle and he takes the time to explain and show you how things work. Thanks George and thanks Boucher. I will continue our relationship for all my car needs by having my beautiful car serviced as needed. More

I had a 1230 appointment for an “express” oil change appointment and the service advisor informed me it would be shout 45 minutes for the appointment. At 1:35 I see them pull my car back to put it on th appointment and the service advisor informed me it would be shout 45 minutes for the appointment. At 1:35 I see them pull my car back to put it on the rack. Over an hour past my original appointment time. I was there for almost 2 HOURS for a, as they advertise it, fast appointment.
