When I purchased my car in July 2016, I purchased the 8 year maintenance package. The invoice shows that the tire rotation was done along with checking the tire pressure. Upon leaving the dealership, I che year maintenance package. The invoice shows that the tire rotation was done along with checking the tire pressure. Upon leaving the dealership, I checked the car’s computer information screen & those 2 things were DEFINITIVELY not done. I called the service advisor I dealt with, shared this information with him & he definitely agreed with me. He did apologize & said I could bring the car in to get it taken care of. Of course, that’s an inconvenience for me, it should have been done correctly in the first place. I have 3 years left on my maintenance package & will have concern of what is actually being completed. More
