Everyone was great. Mike, the tech, performed major surgery on my car, replacing the steering rack, hydraulic lines and even the transmission line, all of which had succumbed to road salt. I found a scape mark on its bumper when I test drove it and they said they would get that out for me as part of the contract. They couldnt get it out, so they are replacing the whole bumper!
