I went to the dealership on a Monday evening for an oil change and adding air to my tires. I was there for over an hour. I noticed that my car was no longer in the shop and I waited for the tech to come to change and adding air to my tires. I was there for over an hour. I noticed that my car was no longer in the shop and I waited for the tech to come to let me know that my car was finished, but no. It was probably 10+ mins after my car was no longer in the garage that I went to the front desk to find out what was going on. And there was a gentleman talking to someone at the desk so I then went to the garage desk. Not sure if the service guy forgot about my car or what. I had talked with a different service guy from when I had first stopped in about where my car was. But, I should not have been there waiting as long as I did. This was the first time that I had to go to the desk(s) and ask where my car was, The service dept was not busy at all, so there was really no reason that it took that long. More
