I brought my, quiet, nicely running car in for an earlier than needed oil change in preparation for a winter road trip. I left in a car with a new rattle. Blaming it on cold weather, I drove away thinking it would warm up. The rattle worsened in the next days. With my road trip <48 away, I stopped at my old, trustworthy mechanic. Have you (Boucher Nissan) found my missing gasket on your shop floor? He found that a gasket was missing. He could not replace this manufacturer's part on the spot however used tape and zip tie to quiet the rattle. He worked on my car for 45 minutes identifying the rattle and coming up with a solution. He charged me NOTHING for his time and improvised, working solution so I could go on my trip with piece of mind. More
