I had as well a minor paint scrape from a mystery parking lot encounter that i had planned on trying to rub out when it was bit warmer. The wash and detail folks @ the express service group in the process of washing my GTI after the tire was replaced rub that ding dang thing right out ! What a delightfully pleasant surprise when a green GTI was pulled up and parked in front of the dealership i assumed it was not mine because the scrape was not there, when i was handed the keys it dawned on me that the team had not only washed but had buffed out that scrape. Lacking The employee that delivered my loaner told the person checking me in that the car had 1/4 tank of gas. When I got in, the gauge read 1/16 of a tank. This is my first service experience at Boucher, I have previously had my cars serviced at Concours/Umansky and have never received a loaner with less than a full tank. The service guy told me they would call me when the car was ready. I was hoping to pick it up on my lunch hour and instead had to call THEM to see if the car was finished. It was. More
