The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local Milwaukee dealership. My sales consultant was Luis Veguilla and he couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. He answered every question I had with poise and showed a strong knowledge of the VW products. He was communicative and timely in all responses and above all friendly and pleasant to work with. Never once did I feel pressured to buy or make a deal. Upon purchasing the vehicle I had the pleasure of working with Phillip Bergman, the Financial Services Manager. Phillip was very well versed in all items that the dealership offered on new vehicle sales and was not pushy at all, and allowed me to take time and think through the offers provided. While I chose to not go with any add on packages, Phillip's attitude and demeanor did not waiver (like I have experienced at other dealerships in the past); he was still extremely friendly and attentive to all questions I asked. This entire car buying process was leagues above other buying experiences and I would not hesitate to purchase or recommend VW Franklin to anyone - as well as recommend all associates I worked with.
