Absolutely horrible and poor sales experience. I was ready to purchase online and Chris didn't have a clue. Completely clueless and waste of time. I have bought new cars online before and always do my r ready to purchase online and Chris didn't have a clue. Completely clueless and waste of time. I have bought new cars online before and always do my research. Chris was very unprofessional and and didn't even care. The dealership was dishonest with what they offered on trade in value. The value online through Dodge with Boulder Dodge name on the site was looking at Black Book value and I was offered $13K higher than what Chris offered, saying he has to go by what he sees on Car Guru. I checked Car Guru and the values there were the same as the higher amount on the eShop buying process through Dodge and Boulder Dodge. Seems like a complete scam in addition to wasting time. More
