Service Department is as crooked as they get. Escape Service Department is as crooked as they get. Escape broke down (spark plug came out) near their shop, so we had ti towed there for an estimate. They said repairs would take over 5 hours. $700+ Also said it needed brakes and rotors to the tune of another $500. Suspecting they were up to something, we opted to bring it home and do the work ourselves. What the so-called pros said would take 5 hours, we had finished in just over an hour. Brakes were fine. Rotors too. Total cost to repair was just over $100. That's a net savings of about $1,100 over what would have been done if we'd taken them for their word. More

We bough our 2002 Ford Ranger Edge from Bowditch Ford in february 2002 and had great reliability with it. We wanted to trade up and found a great 2005 ford Freestyle which fits our needs greatly. I really appreciated this dealership. Overall, it was a pleasent experience. The fact that it took 3 trips to the dealership to view the vehicle I wanted was a bit much.
