I took my vehicle in for service on August 31 to have the oil changed and tires rotated although I am unaware whether the oil was changed. I have handprints all over my vehicle and the wheels were not rotate oil changed and tires rotated although I am unaware whether the oil was changed. I have handprints all over my vehicle and the wheels were not rotated as part of the service. I am aware of this as the wheels and tires have marks on them, and I had glanced at this before the service. The wheels and tires were in the same locations, which means they did not rotate the tires as their documentation stated. More
