I have followed Susie Perry all over the peninsula for the past 23 years buying cars and trucks from her. She is the most honest; straight shooting salesperson that anyone could ask to be around. In this, the 21 century, she can do more with a computer, and get you into a car faster than you can shake a stick. Susie talks highly of the service department. I believe her. I really appreciated this dealership. Overall, it was a pleasent experience. The fact that it took 3 trips to the dealership to view the vehicle I wanted was a bit much. And, the vehicle had a few items pleasent experience. The fact that it took 3 trips to the dealership to view the vehicle I wanted was a bit much. And, the vehicle had a few items that needed fixed so I left it there a week but then it took an additional trip to get it done as promised. I think everyone was professional. Bottomline, if you promise something to a customer it's ok to fall short the first time, but not a second. Thank you for a great experience. More

Probably couldn't have a better experience in buying a used car. Fair price from the beginning, excellent attention, very friendly and upfront, very little BS.
