My lease was up and it was time to visit Brian Crawford, again, for my next vehicle. Due to the cold weather (and a recent injury) I did not go into the dealership until absolutely necessary. Brian worked with me and we did 90% of my lease by text. Communication stayed open the entire time. When it was time to go in and wrap- up the sale, that’s what I did. Brian had the paperwork and vehicle ready. He always goes over the instrument panel, as models change. Brian always ask if you have any questions, then tells you if you have any down the road do not hesitate to contact him. In short, Brian takes care of his customers. I respect Brian and will be back to see him when I need my next vehicle. I’ve not had any problems with any of the people at Bowman Chevrolet, and I’ve never felt intimidated.. The team has been outstanding; I recommend this dealership when others talk about car buying. More

As an out of state buyer we had a few issues but with the help of Linda Kelly and Joe (I believe a Sales Manager) we were able to handle them and get this purchase done and I appreciate the help from Rhonda help of Linda Kelly and Joe (I believe a Sales Manager) we were able to handle them and get this purchase done and I appreciate the help from Rhonda in finance department too for answering questions I had. Unfortunately Scott Moore who is the pre-owned Sales Manager was more concerned with getting home then helping with the issues we had. So, with that I would Highly recommend this dealership but strongly recommend that you don't count on Scott Moore for help closing the deal on your pre-owned vehicle. I also stopped in the New vehicle side and everyone at this dealership were friendly and willing to help or point me in the right direction.
