My lease was up and it was time to visit Brian Crawford, again, for my next vehicle. Due to the cold weather (and a recent injury) I did not go into the dealership until absolutely necessary. Brian worked with me and we did 90% of my lease by text. Communication stayed open the entire time. When it was time to go in and wrap- up the sale, that’s what I did. Brian had the paperwork and vehicle ready. He always goes over the instrument panel, as models change. Brian always ask if you have any questions, then tells you if you have any down the road do not hesitate to contact him. In short, Brian takes care of his customers. I respect Brian and will be back to see him when I need my next vehicle. I’ve not had any problems with any of the people at Bowman Chevrolet, and I’ve never felt intimidated..
