We dealt with the pre owned vehicle part of Bowman. Brian Burke, the manager, and Tom Schaefer, the salesman, were absolutely fantastic. My husband was sick at the time we were supposed to pick up Brian Burke, the manager, and Tom Schaefer, the salesman, were absolutely fantastic. My husband was sick at the time we were supposed to pick up our car, so I went to the dealership by myself. I couldn't have had a BETTER experience. Brian had described the car to us prior to my arrival. Tom basically held my hand through the whole process. After having to cancel an appointment the day before, they both made the time for me when they really didn't have much time.
