At the last minute, I threw them both a curveball and requested pricing and availability on the more expensive Turbo edition of my vehicle. Within twenty-four hours, a price was worked out and the car was ready for pick-up. I could not be more satisfied with my Santa Fe and the experience I had at Bowser Hyundai. More

Poor experience While I did not have a bad experience with the dealership itself I would not recommend this salesperson. He was not knowledgeable about the difference While I did not have a bad experience with the dealership itself I would not recommend this salesperson. He was not knowledgeable about the differences between the types of Sonatas and made no effort to get my questions answered. When I informed him I wanted to look at a Hybrid from their other lot and asked if they could get it he stated he wasn't sure but that they had Hybrids on their lot I could look at. When I arrived at the dealership to look at vehicles he went and got the base Sonata after I told him I was more interested in the Hybrid. He made no effort to try and get me the Hybrid from the other lot. It wasn't until I spoke with the finance manager about it did I get more information and she informed me that they could in fact get it. He also was dishonest. He informed me that I had to put down a payment in order for them to get the vehicle. When I spoke with the finance manager she informed me that this was not true. As a salesperson I feel you should be knowledgeable in the products you are selling. He was not. As a salesperson you should do what you can to get the customer what they are requesting. He did not. I also did not appreciate being lied to about the down payment being needed to get the vehicle I ended up purchasing from their other lot. More
