I would like to say that I enjoyed buying a truck from Bozard Ford. My sales man was Patrick; he showed me how to use all the new features that the truck had. Even when things were getting down to the nitty gritty and I was there for the umpteenth hour, looking at yet another different vehicle - from used to new....he was still smiling, helfpul, friendly, professional and truly cared about me and my needs - NOT the dealer's needs or his own needs. He just wanted to make things work - and he did. I'd also like to thank Eddie Birkett for his help with my purchase. He was invaluable and ultimately lead to me purchasing my new 2011 F150 Crew Cab - which I love. there was some minor miscommunication on the part of Bozard in picking up my new truck - but, Eddie was so concerned about my experience with Bozard, that he offered my wife and I tickets to The Daytona 500 for our trouble. We both appreciated that. It wasn't so much the Daytona tickets, as it was the acknowledgement on his part that I was caused a little hassle due to a miscommunication, and he was more than willing to make up for it. That goes a long way in my book. I'll be in the market for another vehicle in a few years, and will no doubt return to Bozard. I have to - my wife has her eye on a "sweet" Mustang, as she says. Frank was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He had previously provided pricing information via email, so I was very familiar with what to expect pricing wise. He did all of this while he had another client in the office completing the process, which showed not only his ability to satisfy a customer, but also to multi-task and make each customer feel special. Frank went above and beyond on Sunday following the sale. Though it was his day off, he took a call from me and answered many questions, while enroute to a family breakfast. I have not purchased a car in 20 years, specifically because I detested the entire previous experiences. Frank demonstrated to me the way I had always felt I should be treated when making a major decision, and for once I found a salesman I would recommend. More
