The details Overall, I can't complain to a large extent about the service that we did purchase/receive. This weekend we took two cars in for light service. Both had their A/C temperature and vents adjusted as well as the radios. It is an 18 sec drive from the parking spot to the bay. No need to adjust those items nor were they on the "test/maintenance" part of our service. This may be a small thing, but it is "the little things" and personal things.... What else did you adjust unnecessarily? Last year we lost our lock nut in your facility. Another time the tires weren't rotated after paying for the service. If I don't pay attention to the details, my service isn't complete. Considering other options going forward because of the details. Sadly, I like the shopping nearby while I wait to pass the time more than the service... More
