Greeted us as we arrived, Took us straight to the car that he had already pulled around for us, gave us the keys and told us to take it for a spin! But Bozard being a nearly 5-star dealership is very well-deserved AND accurate. My leasing circumstance was probably more than a bit different than the average customer in the fact that I conducted the majority of the "deal" virtually, via the internet, text & email due to me being out of town. Ironically enough I conducted the exact same virtual leasing process through another dealership -- with whom I have a decade long relationship with-- for my parents only a few weeks prior. The experiences could NOT have been more different. At Bozard, Lee (Internet Sales Manager) was exceptionally prompt in his responses, knowledgeable, & made the entire process truly effortless. When it was time to pick the vehicle up, I was setup with a VIP appointment which again, made what is normally quite daunting, absolutely seamless. Once he & I went through the initial paperwork -- which was already prepared before my arrival -- I was introduced to Ryan (Finance Manager) who was also absolutely fantastic... in his personality, his level of service, and what he managed to build into the deal. The icing on the cake? What was already an incredible deal, and an incredible experience was made even better by Lee arranging for us to have an aftermarket accessory installed at a later date with car detailing, dinner & short-term rental all packaged together as part of the perk. Honestly, what else could a person ask for??!! I say this with the utmost sincerity, this dealership CARES -- yes, with a capital "C". The experience was so memorable (in the best way possible) I will go out of my way to deal with Bozard again, regardless of where I reside in this nation of ours. More
