wrong diagnoses in which cost me over $1800.00 in repairs A/C unit was blowing through defrost vents. took it to Bozard, first they thought it was the control head and it was not. then they said it was the ev A/C unit was blowing through defrost vents. took it to Bozard, first they thought it was the control head and it was not. then they said it was the evaporator core door was broken. wanted to charge me over $1100.00 to fix. took their diagnoses to another dealer, they replaced the cover charging me $846.00. that did not fix the problem. took it back to Bozard and spoke with the Service Manager, he told me it was the core cover door. the service guy also told me it was the core cover door that was broken. took the vehicle to a shop specializing in fords. they told me it was a broken door but not the evaporator core cover door. vehicle finally fixed at another cost of over $900.00. wouldn't by a toy vehicle from them and will never take a vehicle back to them. I will say that Marcia in service was very polite and helpful to the point that she could. More

Service for my 2013 Ford Edge My wife was preparing to leave the house for work when she discovered that her 2013 Ford Edge would not start. I immediately called Ford roadside assi My wife was preparing to leave the house for work when she discovered that her 2013 Ford Edge would not start. I immediately called Ford roadside assistance and help arrived within the hour. The vehicle was given a jump start and next was driven to Bozard Ford. Upon arrival I made contact contact with Marcia Nelson who appeared very busy. Marcia quickly stopped what she was doing and came to my aid writing up the work order. Marcia immediately gave a price on a replacement battery and assigned a technician to diagnose the problem with the Edge. In less than 2 hours my wife was on her way to work with a new battery installed. Marcia is a great asset to the Dealership. We love Bozard Ford !! More

So when my daughter needed a new car, it was only natural to choose to go to Bozard. This was a first time experience for her having a vehicle in her name. This 6th transaction with Bozard was by far the best experience ever in the past 11 years thanks to Rick Garcia and Mike Mitchell. Mike is definitely top notch when it comes to sales. My daughter drove quite a few cars before deciding on THE one and he was so very patient, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Rick was amazing throughout an out of the ordinary lending experience. His vast knowledge in the area of lending definitely was a huge advantage. He took the time to explain each step to my daughter. My daughter walked away from her first car buying experience and said that wasn't so bad because Rick and Mike were so nice. When she has to buy her next vehicle she will be going back to Bozard. In the next year, I will be purchasing a vehicle for myself and when that time comes I am definitely requesting both Mike and Rick to help me navigate this process. In fact he even let me take a New F 150 home the night before I decided to purchase because I wanted to show my wife and family a particular color and get a feel for the truck. Luis did not pressure me in the least bit to buy from Bozards. The Financing of my vehicle was conducted through AJ Miller and we had told him that we had a limited time to get through the financing portion and he expedited the whole process and made the transaction short and easy. Heading out for a 4 day fishing trip. Boat hooked up, my 2015 F-150 full of groceries, milk, meats ect. When the "check engine light" comes on. Pulled into service department at Bozard For Boat hooked up, my 2015 F-150 full of groceries, milk, meats ect. When the "check engine light" comes on. Pulled into service department at Bozard Ford of St. Augustine Fl., explained my problem to Marcia Nelsen, she basically dropped what she was doing (& she was busy !!!), went and got Curtis Weatherford who took his computer to my truck and diagnosed a tube assembly failure. He then checked inventory to make sure they had the part, they did and he worked on it immediately, as this happened Miss Nelson took my groceries, put them in a refrigerator ! AWESOME, within 2 hours I was heading for the water. AWESOME. BEST automobile experience EVER. Thank You so much. More
