Bozard Lincoln date night! I heard about Bozard Lincoln date night at a charity golf tournament fundraiser. Tanya Tomanek called me allowed me to pick my Lincoln and she set up I heard about Bozard Lincoln date night at a charity golf tournament fundraiser. Tanya Tomanek called me allowed me to pick my Lincoln and she set up our dinner reservation. We showed up, she greeted us promptly, told us about the Lincoln Navigator we were going to be driving and off we went. Tanya had my truck washed while we had the Navigator. Everything went smooth and I now know of a great deealrrship that understands customer service when I am ready to buy. More

Repair Fusion Had the car in after a squirrel moved into the engine compartment. Bozard did a good job repairing the damage, and Marcia Nelson was very helpful and attentive. 3 observations: 1. Communication between Bozard and the insurance company was bad both ways. I had to get in the middle of the phone tag with an email to both parties to get them on the same page. 2. A Bozard tech claimed to have done a "free" multi-point inspection. However, two days later, the engine light came on, saying I was in need of an oil change. The oil was dirty, although I was not close to the mileage interval called for on the Bozard Oil change windshield sticker. I had last had my oil changed by Bozard in January of 2016. Had they really checked the oil, they would have seen it. 3. I had them change the headlights to a white LED, and it has really helped. Well worth the money More

Recently had a navigation problem that we made an appt with Alex our service advisor. He arranged for a rental car and dropped car off at the designated time. Rental car was waiting for us. When the care was repaired under warranty, we received prompt notification and returned our rental car and picked up our MKC.
