GREAT EXPERIENCE! Am telling everyone This dealership was the exception to the rule. There was NO pressure or making the consumer feel bad or inferior and NO lying and playing games. The sales team who helped me, Buddy Price and Lee Brewer, and the financial team made it so much better than any other experience I have had (and being a tad over 55 I have purchase a few vehicles in my time) . I went from a horrid experience at a local Nissan dealer the day before. The salesman at the Nissan dealer never even asked me if I wanted to test drive the Rogue I was looking at. He had NO problems bumping up the price with this charge and that charge ADDING over 3-4 thousand to the cost of the vehicle. He said they were all charges that they add on every sale. I walked out. The next day I went to Bozard. I had called ahead and talked with Buddy-I just told him 'afternoon' not a specific time. When I got there he was with a customer so he gave me to a team partner, Lee Brewer. These guys worked together to make sure I had EVERYTHING I needed. I wanted a Ford Escape and after test driving it, I was sold. They helped me with inventory and getting me as much bang for my buck. They researched every 'incentive' AND gave me top dollar on my trade. Bottom line...I went to Bozard on Friday afternoon and drove off in my new 2017 Ford Escape SE the next afternoon. I am SO happy with the experience, the personnel, the price and MY NEW ESCAPE. Thanks Lee and Buddy! (hey, you guys need new pics..remember I'm a photographer!)
