Love my Ford 350! Came back from New Smyrna Beach to buy from Ricky Goodwin again....found out he had passed....RIP.....He was a very nice man....sad to see him go..... There are a TON of other Ford Dealerships to choose from If your Ford vehicle breaks down at the mall next door to this dealership, I would STILL tell you to have your vehicle towed to a different one. Bozard pays more attention to whether someone called you after your service appointment than they actually do about performing the service. No parts in stock, very careless mechanics. I get better service at Jiffy Lube. More

No pressure sales tactics, great experience. I recently purchased a used Ford F-150 from Bozard. I started my search and inquiry on line, and promptly received a personal reply from Lee. I visit I recently purchased a used Ford F-150 from Bozard. I started my search and inquiry on line, and promptly received a personal reply from Lee. I visited the dealership a few days later, met with Lee and checked out the vehicle. At no point was anyone trying to 'close the deal', it was all pretty laid back and the people at Bozard where very accommodating. I took overnight to run some numbers and do some research at home before returning to the dealership. I informed Ryan, the finance manager, the numbers I had in mind and he successfully managed to meet those numbers. We closed the deal in a very timely manner and at no point in the transaction were there any sales tactics that made me feel uncomfortable. I have other vehicles that are coming due for replacement, and Bozard Ford will certainly be at the top of a short list of places I will turn to to provide me with another car. More

Went smooth and quickly and vehicle was more than expected when it arrived. Some miscommunication on the delivery timing caused late night delivery. Lack of communication from the finance department on an "add-on" Gap Insurance policy was not a welcome last minute discovery.
