This was my first experience with Bozard Ford and I have to say that it was as painless as it could be. Having worked out the pricing with Jim Duran before ever setting foot on the property was particularly useful. I let him know when I would be in to test drive the vehicle and it happened to be that he was not at the dealership that day. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that he passed on my info to Jeremy Criscione without missing any details. I half expected to have to start from scratch but Jeremy was aware of everything that Jim and I had worked out over email. After the test drive and demonstration from Jeremy, I was promptly moved onto Finance with Erik Shipley. Erik performed his due diligence in producing a contract that I was happy with and also that matched up with the numbers that Jim and I had worked out originally. Again, a pleasant surprise, as in past experience with vehicle purchases additional charges not previously discussed always seem to reveal themselves at this point on the contract. It was refreshing to see that the "out the door" cost that I was provided in the beginning rang true through to the end. Once I signed over the pre-approved credit union voucher I was out the door. The car was detailed and ready to go once my business was complete in Finance and off I went. Professional and efficient is how I would describe this operation. They are very concerned that the customer is happy! More

Why go anywhere else? I cannot even begin to express how wonderful my experience at Bozard was this time around. First off, Lee Brewer is a saint. This man dealt with me for nearly three weeks asking questions, changing my mind about which car I wanted and then asking even more questions. I finally decide on the one I want but I'm too busy to get to the dealership so he brings it TO ME, so I can test drive it. I decide to buy it and go to the dealership and on my into the parking lot see a different car I want. He doesn't even balk, we test drive it and I decide that's the one for me. So he sells me a car and deals with my emotional break down over my trade in (big badass Blue F350 Diesel) but I'm super happy now. Less than a week later, I'm blowing Lee up again because my husband misses having a truck and he again goes with us on the crazy car buying journey through probably half of Bozards inventory when we find THE one for my other half. He totally gets it when it comes to customer service. Like totally. Other honorable mentions in the process are Ryan Shapiro, Rick Garcia, and Shawn Eodice. I've been a customer of Bozard for about five years now, their Quicklane and service dept are second to none. Stuart and Dawn in the Quicklane have been phenomenal to work with and I really appreciate them. Colby in the main service department is also a pleasure to work with. I was knocked over 40 feet and my F150 was totaled. I walked away with no injury what so ever, It is a testament to the tough construction of such a fine vehicle... I went to Bozard after seeing the replacement truck I was looking for. I was greeted by Mrs. Sheryl Brewer. Best sales experience I've ever had at a dealership. Her was so helpful, and from start to finish, there was NO pressure. I was greeted by Sales Manager Mr. Matt Tudor as we talked over some improvements to be made to the truck such as leveling the front and tires. He was very diligent in working for me. I have to say, all of the staff were friendly and so very helpful. After all I had been through with insurance companies and what they were and were not going to compensate me from the loss of my truck, my experience with the good folks at Bozard made up for it...
