SERVICE VISIT I BOUGHT IN THE LINCOLN FOR A TRANSMISSION PROBLEM AND A "BUTLER" TREATMENT. EVERYONE WAS SO POLITE AND HAPPY. THEY DO THE BEST CLEANING OF ANY LINCOLN DEALER WE HAVE EVER HAD. THEY ARE A 2 HOUR DRIVE FOR US AND THERE ARE OTHER DEALERS CLOSER BUT THE SERVICE AT BOSART SURPASSES ALL THE REST. More

The only car dealer for me I typically loathe buying cars. It's just a sleazy process. This is the second Ford we've bought and I'll tell you why. Super Fast Took my Mustang in for my routine service and tire rotation. Service Advisor said would take about an hour.....35 minutes later I was out the door.... Our experience was excellent! Jim Duran did an excellent job. He did not put a lot of pressure on us when we were just communicating by email and phone. We had some trips that caused us not to be as engaged at the beginning of our shopping. Jim understood BUT he also kept in touch with us, which was not our experience with other Ford dealers. Once we were able to get down to the dealership, Jim was patient, relaxed and informative. We were also able to meet several other Lincoln "team members" and all seemed personable and helpful. Our Finance person, Kevin Mitchell was also very helpful and informative. All in all, an excellent experience! We are looking forward to a similar experience on the service side. More
