I knew they would be slammed after a holiday but they said no problem and Colby set up a 9:30 appointment . While I was there Colby came out to the waiting area and said there was a recall on the airbags. I had not even received a notice about it yet. Every time I have had to have service Bozard goes beyond what my reason for taking my car in. I feel safe in my vehicle because I know the care the service department takes to look at every component of my car. They also make sure you are comfortable while you wait. More

Excellent experience at Bozard Ford! I had an issue with my Edge's door handle paint flaking off. Took the car to another dealership where the repair was denied by Ford, although the car I had an issue with my Edge's door handle paint flaking off. Took the car to another dealership where the repair was denied by Ford, although the car was under warranty. Then took the car to Bozard Ford in St. Augustine where Alex Vecerkovic examined the car. Not sure what happened, but Alex called me a few days later and said he had the repair approved. He informed me they would call me when the new part came in, and he did. The repair was done in just over an hour and my Edge is looking new again. Marcia Nelson closed out my paperwork and made sure I was satisfied with the repair and service. I can't say enough about this dealership and the service people mentioned above who made this potentially unpleasant experience a happy one.
