EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!!! I recently took my vehicle in for service at Bozard Ford. The service department is FANTASTIC!!! They did all the work to my COMPLETE & TOTAL satisfaction. Adam Herringdine (tech) fixed / corrected all the issues it was in for. Clay (Creative Colors) worked on the interior & made it look BETTER THAN NEW! Barry Benjamin (Product Manager) identified & corrected a very stubborn (& loud) suspension squeak. Miles Mealor (Auto Detailer) went over my car with a fine tooth comb & returned it to me spotless! Crystal Garrison (my service advisor) was her usual exceptional self. She oversaw the entire process, made sure the vehicle was cared for when it was there & took her time / effort to explain (& show) me all that they did. The entire staff takes GREAT PRIDE in their work! They treat your car like it was their own & truly care about the work they do. They all exhibit great expertise in their jobs & show superior workmanship quality. MOST IMPORTANTLY they make you welcome & create a relaxed / pleasant atmosphere. It simply is the BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I've ever been to. More

Excellent from beginning to end Our salesperson, Sharyl Brewer, greeted us and took us around the lot. We expressed our interest in test driving the Lincoln MKZ. She spent time explaining all the features of the car and we went for a test drive.. We then signed up for the 24 hour date night program and took the car home. We loved it and subsequently returned the next day and leased it for 36 months. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful in every way...they couldn't be nicer...it was a great experience.
