Searching for and ultimately buying a car is my least favorite thing to do. The moment you enter a dealership you are descended upon by the sales team....not unlike wolves.....and then find that because favorite thing to do. My experience at Bozard Ford was a very refreshing change! From the moment I pulled up in the parking lot I was given time to get out of my car and was met by a very nice man,Joe Martin. Joe was very down to earth and took his time answering every question I had as well as my 16 year old son. He was very patient while my son checked out every single sports car there was including ones that were well above my price range. There was no high pressure sales pitch or pushy tactics at all. I was treated with absolute respect and professionalism. I actually enjoyed walking around the lot just chatting. I felt like as was just looking at cars with a friend. When it came time to buy my car, 2013 Fusion, I felt that he knew his stuff and was willing to admit what he didnt know and look it up! Everything was quick and pleasant. At no time did I feel stressed at all. He even sat with me for a considerable amount of time teaching me how to use all of my fantastic features and answered my questions happily....and there were many! The next car I buy will definitely be from Bozard Ford, and with Joe Martin! For the first time in 30 years I actually enjoyed buying a car and I'm even thinking of driving to Bozard Ford today just to tell Joe how happy I am! More

Excellent customer service, friendly and effective. It was a cold, rainy day and Ricky took us out on the lot and spent over an hour in the nasty weather to let us look at each vehicle. Drove approx 30 miles to Bozard based on my son's previous experience with them and was not disappointed. Frank patiently showed me the available inventory answering my questions thoroughly and once I decided on buying one Bozard was able to meet me on the price.A J Miller was also a pleasure to work with completed the final paperwork in no time went over everything and I was on my way. The mechanic Jean - did a great job as well, even pre-filling the oil filter before installing it. That's attention to detail. He also made sure the car was kept clean. While having the car serviced, my salesman, Justin Fisher and the General Manager Thom Workman came up to me and said hello and asked how I like my Shelby so far. I've never had a saleman at any other dealer remember me after the sale was made; but, like I stated in an earlier review, Bozard Ford isn't like any other dealer. More

They have done an excellent job of servicing my 2006 F250 Disiel with good pricing, friendly personnel and I LOVE the online service incentives coupon savings! I drive 27 miles to Bozard Ford. I live 4 miles from another large Ford Dealer but I will NOT patronize their business. They are just like every other car dealer.
