I flew down from Upstate New York to buy a 10 year old, very low mileage SUV which I had found on the internet. I had previously sent a $500 deposit on the vehicle, despite never having seen it. My internet research led me to believe that I was dealing with a very reputable dealer with an unusually high level of customer satisfaction. Thus, I was quite comfortable making said deposit and flying such a great distance for the vehicle in question. I was greeted by Dave Siekierski who could not have been nicer and more pleasant. Much to my relief, the vehicle was in even better condition than had been previously communicated to me by both Dave and the the Director of the Used Car Dept./Internet Sales, Bob Hewit [who took the time to come out of his office and introduce himself]. All the paperwork went very smoothly thanks to Dave and the Financial Services Manager, Ovidio Cirtina, and before long I was on my way back to New York. I stopped by Bozard on a sunday looked at the trucks i was intrested in Chase then got with me and we test drove the truck i had the most intrest in.
