They are professional, thorough and accurate and I never need an advance appointment. In addition they always wash my car as a courtesy. Kevin has gone beyond his job requirements in having a scrape on the car polished out so I did not have to go to the bumper shop. Also Kevin always explains car repairs in term that I, a non-mechanical person can understand. I drive from here to Michigan every year, and put many miles on the car.
