My recent purchase of a Mustang GT Premium was without a doubt the best purchasing experience that I could have hoped for. From the moment I arrived, my sales guide, Wayne Rodale, greeted me warmly and treated me with utmost respect. Wayne listened to my needs and helped me find the vehicle that best fit my description on the lot. He patiently guided me through the whole sales process, including the appraisal on my trade in, negotiations, financing and delivery. During the initial discussions around price, various options were offered to me, including ordering a customized car or transferring one from another dealership. I was very impressed that Wayne was looking out for what I wanted, not pushing what was in inventory at the time. As it turns out, I did take delivery out of inventory, but that was my own decision based upon my review of the multiple options presented to me. The price negotiations were very low key, and again, Wayne and the sales manager George went out of their way to be fair. I walked away feeling as though they were really trying hard to exceed my expectations, something that they definitely ended up accomplishing. Financing couldn't have been easier either. Like his colleagues preceding him, AJ was a pleasure to deal with. Every now and again, I have a customer experience that makes me raise the bar on how I would like to be treated by any business. This purchasing experience was one of those moments. Wayne and Bozard Ford Lincoln, you have made it very difficult for the next dealership that tries to sell me a car. On the positive side, if it's a car that you sell, it's going to be you. In summary, I picked Bozard Ford Lincoln due to the 1,100+ (as of the end of May 2013) positive reviews on DealerRater . Now that I've had a chance to become a customer, I can honestly say that all of those reviews are well earned and deserved. Not often a car buyer feels like EVERYTHING WENT RIGHT, but Bozard Ford certainly delivered on that phrase. II inquired about a particular car over the internet, and within 5 minutes was contacted by a ver but Bozard Ford certainly delivered on that phrase. II inquired about a particular car over the internet, and within 5 minutes was contacted by a very friendly, knowledgeable sales rep, Eric Nourse, who was able to answer every question I asked and invited me to come in that very same day to test drive the vehicle, adding that he would have it washed and ready with a full tank of gas, which he did. I set a time and told him about my trade-in. He must have been watching for me, despite the dealership being very busy when I arrived, because as I was getting out of my car, he walked up introduced himself and pointed to the vehicle which he had washed, as promised, full of gas as he promised and it was right up front for me to inspect. There was never any pressure, just lots of good information and questions of me to insure that I would be satisfied after the purchase if I decided to buy that particular car. We went for a test drive, where he showed me all of the incredible technology that was in the car and he made me comfortable with knowing how to use it. While we were gone, he had my trade in appraised and he was ready to talk seriously about the car and the Bozard Ford commitment to a satisfied customer before he ever even asked me to buy the car once. I appreciated that. About 90 minutes after arriving on Bozard Ford's lot, I left with my new car. It is less than 24 hours after my purchase right now, and I have had one telephone call and two emails from Eric Nourse and Bozard Ford to see how I liked the car, if there was anything that I needed or wanted to know yet, and what else could he do to ensure that I was totally satisfied. Eric has given me the name and direct phone # to my assigned service rep and told me to expect a call from that service rep today to introduce himself, as well. I cannot say enough GOOD things about Eric Nourse and Jeff King, the VP/GM at Bozard Ford. These two men set the bar VERY HIGH for being absolutely certain that I am a satisfied customer. Bozard Ford is a crown in Ford's crow, for sure. More
