I recently bought a new Ford Focus from Bozard Ford Dealership. The salesman that assisted me was Chris Muskett. He made my car buying experience very easy and stress free. Chris was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles on their lot and he took the time to show and explain every car that I asked him about. He also took the time to show me cars that I was not familiar with but he did not pressure me into looking at a car that did not have exactly what I wanted. I have dealt with many car salesman in the past and Chris is by far the most easy-going and knowledgeable salesman I have met. He did not rush me or make me feel like I had to make a decision that day. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I would recommend Bozard and specifically Chris Muskett to all of my friends, family, and colleagues. After looking for quite a while on the internet a friend of mine referred me to Bozard Ford. He has bought three vehicles there. He was more than willing to show any truck which I showed interest. He also went the extra mile to show me other trucks which I did not see on their inventory. Chris would be the type of employee which I would want on my staff if given the chance to hire him. Chris seems to me a steady solid guy which will do his duties and many more to make sure the customer has a better experience than expected. Terry informed me about the extended service plan (ESP) which I am still considering. From what I can tell the ESP is beneficial assuming I keep the truck for 99K or more. Since I usually keep vehicles for more than 175K or more we most likely will choose the plan. TJ assisted with financing the truck. I had procured potential financing from three different financial institutions whom I normally deal with. TJ was able to find a better rate than I found. Ronnie was the salesman my friend James dealt with during his last three purchased vehicles over many years. Ronnie assisted to facilitate some of the transactions. Chris and Ronnie went above and beyond to make my visits, purchase and follow up service a pleasurable experience. Most of all I would suggest visiting Bozard Ford and Lincoin in Saint Augustine when looking for a new, certified pre-owned (CPO) and used vehicle. All the staff which I worked with were professional. There were other employees of Bozard and unfortunately I do not remember all of their names so I can not recoize them all.
