My wife and I knew we wanted a F150 Super Crew 4X4. What we did not know was exactly what in the vehicle we wanted nor had we decided where we wanted to purchase it. We shopped 4 dealerships which we had a pleasant experience at all. But once we visited Bozard and met Patrick McGee our decision to purchase from him was easy. His personal attention to our requests and needs were exceptional. On a Friday night he stayed well past normal business hours to work with us. After walking us through their inventory, checking back and forth between all the trucks my wife and could not decide on one. Patrick checked the inventories of other dealers based on our description of the truck we wanted. And because his attention to detail from our questions my wife and I asking about all the options we wanted he found the one we believed we would be happy with. We chose one from 100 miles away, he had it picked up over the weekend while we were out of town. During that time away my wife and I starting having second thoughts about the one we chose to have delivered from the other dealer. Of course I thought because I requested this vehicle, I was bound to purchase it. On our return Monday evening to Bozard we explained to Patrick our second thoughts. He did not hesitate in telling us to make sure we choose a vehicle that would make us happy. We asked him to bring one from their inventory and the one delivered next to each other, both would have made us happy, but one stood out more than the other. We told Patrick we would prefer the one from their inventory. His willingness to meet our needs made feel comfortable in changing my mind. I know that I caused them to spend unnecessary funds by having someone to pickup that vehicle over the weekend, I know they had to fuel it and add miles to it. But Patrick's and Bozard's only concern was our happiness. Again they stayed open late for us. My wife and I greatly appreciated all the people that stayed to make our purchase enjoyable. Ovidio, Financial Manager, had to change all the paperwork, the Detail personnel making sure they delivered a very clean vehicle. Patrick making sure all our questions were answered, which were many, with all the new apps in this truck. Setting up our sync account and syncing our new truck with our hand held devices. I would also like you to understand, I have a Ford dealership within 5 miles of my house and we traveled 65 miles to deal with Bozard and more importantly Patrick McGee. His exceptional service to us made this challenging purchase extremely easy and and enjoyable. Our next purchase will be with Patrick. I would highly recommend him to all of my friends. More

We utilized his time ALL day and he never seemed hurried or bothered that we were back and forth with our decision making. He didn't even stop to take a proper lunch!!! And then when it came to financing, Ovidio was terrific!!! He did such a wonderful job explaining the extended programs and options open to us.
