As I was looking for a used car on Ebay, I found a really nice looki year old son and I had the best car buying experience at Bozard Ford Lincoln. As I was looking for a used car on Ebay, I found a really nice looking and very well priced 2005 Honda Civic EX listed by a dealership in St. Augustine, FL. When I realized the location of the dealer was within driving distance to my home, I decided to locate this dealer so that I may have a chance at seeing the car in person. As I began researching this dealership (Bozard Ford Lincoln), I was struck by how many links for comments about them I found. As I read so many positive things about them I decided I would take the wife up to St. Augustine, FL and along the way we would stop by this dealership to check out this car. I spent the entire week looking for similar cars so that I would have other comparatives, but Bozard Ford still had the best price. I checked the value of the vehicle with KBB.com and Bozard Ford was “spot on!”. I sent them an email late Friday night and by 6:45am the next morning Tom Krell wasn’t even at the dealership but he had responded to my email assuring me that he would find out if the car was still available (since they had started their Labor Day sales). Shortly there after Tom and I were on the phone. It was as if I was talking with an old friend and this friend knew just what I was looking for. The whole experience was great! By the time I met Tom personally, he just handed me the keys and let me and my wife go examine the car by our selves (remember this was my “old friend” after all!). My wife and I were amazed with the condition of the car (We still are!). Tom later came out to see how we were doing. From there he told us we could take the car out to I-95 and give it a good spin. After that, we sealed the deal. Tom introduced us to their Financial Services Manager Brian Wilson who got us great financing and also treated us with great care and respect. Through out the entire process there was no pressure, no rush, no push of any kind! We also ended up receiving excellent recommendations for were to go in St. Augustine to celebrate our purchase. I think the city of St. Augustine should know that they can count on the employees at Bozard to serve as “tourist information” for the city of St. Augustine. All and all, my wife and I are extremely happy with the purchase but even more with having come into Bozard Ford Lincoln. We are recommending our friends and family to check them out. We purchased a used 2012 Ford Fiesta on Saturday, September 1, 2012. I'm sure you know car buying is not a favored thing to do on a hot day by most. In addition we would have to admit that after purchasing many vehicles, homes, etc. through our lives, negotiation is yet another unfavored thing we were not looking forward to. Dealing with Chase made the entire experience something totally different for us. While it took a little time to get it done, (paperwork, etc.), it was because of his professionalism, honesty, and overall attitude, that it ended up being a very, very pleasant process for us. Chase went out of his way to make sure we understood everything. He was extremely cordial and respectful. He is surprisingly knowledgeable. The bottom line is that he made us feel that we could readily trust the Bozard name and the Ford product throughout the process. He is an excellent representative of both entities. In fact, he was such an impressive, intelligent, and hard working young man, that we both concur that if he is not attached we would love for him to meet our youngest unattached daughter, (around the same age). Dealing with Sales Manager Bob Robinson and Finance Director Terry Seymour was indeed equally pleasant and professional. On a last note, we also wanted to let you know the original reason we came to Bozard to purchase a vehicle. In November/December of 2011 we were staying in an RV park in Beverly Beach when my 1996 Ford Dually diesel developed some problems. We managed to get it to your shop where Alek went out of his way to take care of us. Alek knew we were from out of state with only the truck and that we had our 88 year old mother with us. He too, just like Chase did Saturday, was absolutely amazing in getting our truck repaired and went a step further by making sure we had a larger size rental so our mother would not have to try to get into a small one. Simply put, Alek was the reason we came back to Bozard when looking for a car to purchase. Chase will be the reason we will likely return in the future. It was certainly a pleasure doing business with such outstanding professionals, who are very, very knowledgeable and experienced in what they do, and who are extremely friendly to boot. I walked in without much hope of buying a new truck because i was a gm costomor all the way,but after spending a few moments with tom i was changing my mind he was very knowlageable about the product h because i was a gm costomor all the way,but after spending a few moments with tom i was changing my mind he was very knowlageable about the product he was selling and did not at any time try to preasure me to buy or try to sell me something i did not want i was very picky about what i wanted and he found it we then lost it because it was a dealer swap and the next day he had a list of different trucks and i found the one i bought i really belive he went above and beyond for me. I also worked with a.j for the financing and he did a great job he explained to me line by line what all the different dollar amounts were and did a great job explaining about the service plan and extended warnety so after spending a total of like seven hours with tom and a.j i belive they have made a ford owner out of me for life and i will tell everyone i know who is looking for a new vehicle th shop at bozard and talk to tom thanks for the great experience and great truck More
