I just don't get any better. Mary Lata deserves 10 stars out of 5! Not only did Mary effortlessly handle my 60,000 mile service but my Auto Butler service also. She went beyond Mary Lata deserves 10 stars out of 5! Not only did Mary effortlessly handle my 60,000 mile service but my Auto Butler service also. She went beyond what I expected by making sure all my new email and snail mail addresses were updated on the Bozard site but on the Auto Butler site as well. I had numerous service advisors in the past and all were good; however, I feel Mary just went beyond what was expected of her. She also gave me her secret bug removal method which I'll keep as our secret. If you need to know - one will have to ask Mary for her secret. More

Door Latch On 10/18/16 i was at work in jax and the door will not latch. on 10/19/16 i brought the car to the service department. As i walked through the door Marcia Nelson asked me how can she help me. I explain the situation and she took immediately action. She was able to set me up with a vehicle to get me to worked. she said the situation was an emergency matter. On 10/20/16 to my surprise Marcia called me to say they fix the problem and i could pick up my car. I have to say Marcia was very professional with her approach. She was courtesy, politeness, respectful and really took care of me. I have to say she was magnificence and amazing worker dedicated to her job. Her customer service is great and a very friendly person. She created some magic to get my car so quickly, i know this type of problems takes weeks to fix but she did it in one day. THANK YOU MARCIA NELSON YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!! More
