This one lady makes you feel wonderful. Her genuine concern is like no other service department I have ever experienced. She is fantastic and one of the reasons I returned to Bozard to buy a new 2015 F150. Give me a hug Marcia! More

Compass Still Doesn't Work The compass on my 2014 has never worked. I have reported everytime I go in for my routine service, but it is never addressed or repaired. This time The compass on my 2014 has never worked. I have reported everytime I go in for my routine service, but it is never addressed or repaired. This time they told me to find a large area to drive it in slow circles, and that might do it. They also said if it didn't work I would have to take it to the shop across the street to have it repaired, and there would be a charge. I find this unacceptable as it has never worked, and they know it. I bought this car brand new and have had to deal with this, it seems like they would take more pride in the products they sale. Very disappointed. I can't complete the bottom of who helped me because they did not introduce herself to me. More

I was accommodated even though I did not have an appointment I picked up some trash in a tire and was leaking air. I swung by the tire shop without first making an appointment. The young lady (don't know the name) at the desk was very friendly and helpful. She ordered the tire I needed and shortly thereafter, the tire was replaced and I was back on the road. So far, I have nothing but good things to say about Bozard Ford. More

Dishonest and rip off At Quick Lane, A/c issue and they gave me the result, went ahead and they changed it to cabin filter and not the a/c compressor this time. Said the is At Quick Lane, A/c issue and they gave me the result, went ahead and they changed it to cabin filter and not the a/c compressor this time. Said the issue fixed because vent was clogged. My VW dealer had replaced cabin filter months ago. The a/c issue still there and has not resolved. Paid 150 plus 75 dollars for nothing. More
