Thank you Marcia! When our car stalled out and we lost ac in 95 degree heat, we were fortunately close to Bozard. Luckily, we were able to limp the car into the servic When our car stalled out and we lost ac in 95 degree heat, we were fortunately close to Bozard. Luckily, we were able to limp the car into the service dept. Marcia saw us (obviously overheated and exhausted) and rushed to get us water and a seat under the air conditioning. She then came to us to get the information about our car. She was able to get car car right in for inspection. She took care of us and truly was concerned for us. They had to order parts and informed us that the repairs would take several days. She also had a rental car waiting for (at no cost to us). We had the use of a shiny new Lincoln MKX for however long we needed it. After four days, she called us to tell us that our car was ready. They fixed the ac and found and replaced a leaky power steering hose. All of this was under warranty. Her true concern for us and helpfulness was much appreciated. Thank you. More
