Awesome Bozard ford went above and beyond what they were required to do. Warm atmosphere with plenty to do while waiting I was pleased with the space and accomodations, cookies, water, popcorn etc. while waiting. I would give 4 1/2 stars but it wasn't an option. The strike was for taking quite a bit of time before realizing that it was a simple fix and needed to be done elsewhere because it was a proprietary install of a part (wiring harness trailer from U-Haul) that Ford could not provide or fix for me. I would have liked them to have figured that out sooner so that I could have been on my way. The Ping Pong was an Awesome past time! I more than likely will come back v. my current Jacksonville Avenues Ford Dealer for service. More

Poor service experience Went in for simple service which ended up taking 2.5 hours for oil change. My car was ready far sooner than I had expected and all the items appear to have been taken care of within that time. I serviced my new car a few days ago because my front right tire blew out. The service was great. I was impressed when I got in my car that they had completely cleaned and vacuumed my car. When I got home I took a closer look at my tire replacement and was disappointed that my wheel had rubber tire marks from the blow out. I was disappointed that the service man didn't take the time to clean the wheel. Other than that, they did a terrific job. More
