Taking care of the customer I recently visited Bozard to have my oil changed, tires rotated and possibly brakes replaced. It turned out I did need my brakes replaced. I was tol I recently visited Bozard to have my oil changed, tires rotated and possibly brakes replaced. It turned out I did need my brakes replaced. I was told to allow 2 hours for all of this services. It took longer than this to do the work. Bozard was quick to reduce the labor charge due to this. I later received a call from the dealer to inquire on the service. I explained what happened and the dealer also follow up the price reduction with a coupon for a full oil change / tire rotation service. I feel Bozard did a great job trying to satisfy the customer. I will definitely go back. More

We have been to other dealerships with different cars, but Bozard Ford definitely stands out front in pole position. Marcia was our service adviser, she is so nice and goes above and beyond. The mechanic, Don Gress, also went above and beyond his duty. he came and told us our car was done and they were washing it. He said everything looks good, and anything that we needed to do in the near future.. I want to thank everyone in sales also. They remembered my wife and I, and asked how the Mustang is doing.
