very bad service manager was nice and helpful but the work they did on my truck was the worst I have ever had done. I left the dealer stop to get gas and ope service manager was nice and helpful but the work they did on my truck was the worst I have ever had done. I left the dealer stop to get gas and open the hood to look at engine they work that was done. checked the oil they said changed it was 8 qts to much in my engine and filter was not changed but loose and driping oil on the ground. no water in reservoir bolts fell out of valve cover found new spark plug tube gasket under hood spark plug tube is leaking oil out of tube. had valve job done their. I will never take anything back to that dealer ship and they lied to me like all dealerships do. More

Just an oil change I could go to the nearest dealer but I don't. Prefer the Bozard/Ford Quick Lane folks. They're polite and do good work, and my preference. They bend over backwards to be sure their service is #1 A headlight adjustment and detailing: As always a good job done in short time. While i was there i purchased a crossbar set for luggage rack for my 20 A headlight adjustment and detailing: As always a good job done in short time. While i was there i purchased a crossbar set for luggage rack for my 2013 Explorer. An attempt to install the next day failed as nothing was matching per directions. I called Jason in parts and he in turn contacted their supplier as the part # matched my vehicle. It was determined that his catalog only listed the one part# but the rack was changed in mid year 2013 and an earlier part # was available. It would be ready for me the next day. While i was en-route to Bozard the next morning, my wife received a courtesy call from Alia checking on our satisfaction of service. When i arrived, Jason not only had my correct part at the desk he also had a thank you card with handwritten note from Alia apologizing for my inconvenience and included a gas gift card. This was unexpected and made me think these people are really trying hard to earn their #1 satisfaction rating. Congratulations on jobs on all counts well done! More
