Went in for the "works" package, walked out with $432 bill. They couldn't get lug nuts off that were tightened by the purchased other Ford dealer so had to pay $240 for new ones. $46 to plug fix a slow l bill. Telling me the battery was bad and nothing about the tires all checked and marked OK on the vehicle report to then get a follow up email that they told me tires were worn on inspection and needed replaced. So did they actually check? or just mark everything ok. What else might be wrong? Was there for 2 hours. More
